......Crystal Palace steal the show with stunning Fulham comeback, while Newcastle rescue a point and Tottenham's goal drought continues

Saturday's Premier League action served up another feast of drama, with Crystal Palace producing the comeback of the day, 

Manchester City grinding out another victory and Tottenham Hotspur enduring another frustrating afternoon in front of goal.

PALACE TURN FULHAM'S DREAM INTO A NIGHTMARE

Crystal Palace produced the standout comeback of the day, overturning a two-goal deficit to beat Fulham 3–2.

Fulham appeared firmly in control after racing into a 2–0 lead, but Palace refused to surrender. 

Their fightback changed the entire complexion of the contest, with Tyrick Mitchell scoring twice before Ben Chilwell completed the turnaround.

It was a victory built on character, determination and belief—and a painful afternoon for Fulham.

CITY KEEP MARCHING

Manchester City may not have produced their most spectacular performance, but the champions got the job done, edging Coventry City 1–0.

The victory once again underlines City's ability to win tight matches. 

Erling Haaland's goal proved decisive, as City collected another three points and maintained their strong start.

For Coventry, the defeat was harsh on a side that showed plenty of courage against one of the league's biggest clubs.

NEWCASTLE ESCAPE AT THE DEATH

Newcastle United staged a dramatic late rescue against Bournemouth, fighting back from two goals down to draw 2–2.

Bournemouth looked destined to celebrate a major away victory, but Newcastle's late surge changed everything.

Harvey Barnes pulled one back before Jacob Ramsey's 88th-minute equaliser sent the home supporters into celebration.

For Bournemouth, it was another painful reminder that games are not won until the final whistle.

SPURS' GOAL PROBLEM GETS LOUDER

Tottenham Hotspur's attacking struggles continued as they were held to a 0–0 draw by Nottingham Forest.

Spurs struggled to create meaningful opportunities and failed to register a shot on target.

The result will increase the pressure on Tottenham to find attacking solutions quickly. 

Forest, meanwhile, will take satisfaction from a disciplined defensive display.

BRIGHTON AND LEEDS SHARE THE SPOILS

Brighton & Hove Albion and Leeds United played out a 1–1 draw.

Leeds took the lead but were unable to protect their advantage as Brighton fought back to secure a point.

For Leeds, the missed chances will be particularly frustrating, while Brighton can take encouragement from their second-half response.

BRENTFORD HELD BY SUNDERLAND

Brentford and Sunderland also shared the points after a 1–1 draw.

Brentford took the initiative, but Sunderland showed composure to fight their way back into the contest.

For the newly promoted Black Cats, another hard-earned Premier League point will provide valuable confidence.
