EWEKORO LG SETS TO COMMISSION LANDMARK PEOPLE-ORIENTED PROJECTS AS COMMISSIONER LEADS OFFICIAL CEREMONY

Ewekoro Local Government is set to witness another significant milestone in its drive for sustainable development and responsive governance as the Executive Chairman, Hon. Adesina Sikiru Adisa (Eskay Lodu), officially commissions a number of people-oriented projects executed across the council area.

The grand commissioning ceremony is scheduled to hold on Thursday, 13th August, 2026, and will bring together government officials, traditional rulers, community leaders, political stakeholders, development partners, and residents of the Local Government.

The event will be officially performed by the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Ganiyu Hamzat, who will serve as the Special Guest of Honour. 

The occasion is expected to showcase the administration's unwavering commitment to improving infrastructure, enhancing service delivery, and promoting the welfare of the people of Ewekoro Local Government.

Speaking ahead of the event, the Executive Chairman, Hon. Adesina Sikiru Adisa, said the projects reflect his administration's determination to deliver meaningful dividends of democracy and improve the quality of life of residents across the council area. 

He noted that the commissioning marks another step in the Local Government's journey toward inclusive growth and sustainable community development.
