Apostle P.O. Adeniji, the General Overseer of God Is Able Covenant Mission Inc., has dedicated the award presented to him by the Ogun Central Senatorial Community Development Council (CDC) on Wednesday, 15th July, 2026, to Almighty God, his family and the many individuals and organizations that have been part of his remarkable journey of faith and community service.
The award was conferred on him in recognition of his outstanding service as the former Zonal Caretaker Chairman of the Abeokuta North Zonal Community Development Council (CDC).
Speaking shortly after receiving the honour, Apostle Adeniji declared that "To God Alone Be the Glory," stressing that the recognition was made possible only through God's grace and mercy.
He dedicated the award to God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, acknowledging divine guidance as the foundation of every achievement recorded in his life, ministry and community service.
The award recipient also dedicated the honour to the Adeniji Dynasty, appreciating the unwavering love, prayers and encouragement of his family. He further extended the dedication to the Aro Ita-Oshin Community Development Association (CDA), saying the award equally belongs to every member who has worked tirelessly for the growth, unity and development of the community.
He equally appreciated members of his team, especially the Caretaker Committee Members, for their steadfast support and cooperation throughout his years of service.
The General Overseer did not fail to acknowledge God Is Able Covenant Mission Inc., describing the ministry as a divine platform through which lives have continued to be transformed spiritually and socially.
He reaffirmed his commitment to serving God and humanity with humility, dedication and integrity, noting that the award would further inspire him to contribute even more to society.
Bro. Olopade Sakiru recalled that Apostle Adeniji distinguished himself as Secretary of the Aro/Ita-Oshin Community Development Association (CDA) before serving meritoriously as Chairman of the Abeokuta North Metro Community Development Council (CDC), where he championed several developmental initiatives that earned him widespread admiration and respect across the state.
According to the Excellent Men President, Apostle Adeniji's subsequent appointment and outstanding performance as Zonal Caretaker Chairman of the Abeokuta North Zonal CDC, and his eventual emergence as Vice Chairman at the Ogun State Community Development Council level, remain clear testimonies to his competence, integrity and passion for grassroots development.
He noted that the latest recognition by the Ogun Central Senatorial CDC is another affirmation of a lifetime dedicated to selfless service.
Bro. Olopade Sakiru further stated that the award is not merely a personal achievement for Apostle Adeniji but a source of pride to the Excellent Men Fellowship, God Is Able Covenant Mission Inc., the Aro Ita-Oshin community and the entire Abeokuta North community development family.
He urged younger leaders to emulate the awardee's virtues of humility, accountability, diligence and sacrificial service.
