EWEKORO LG WELCOMES NEW HOLGA, MRS ADEYEMO NURAT AS CHAIRMAN CHARGES ON TRANSPARENCY,TEAM WORK, IMPROVED SERVICE DELIVERY

The Executive Chairman of Ewekoro Local Government, Hon. Adesina Sikiru Adisa, has formally received the newly posted Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA), Mrs. Adeyemo Nurat Taiwo, with a charge to uphold transparency, accountability and efficient service delivery in the administration of the council.

Speaking during the official welcome, the Chairman expressed confidence in Mrs. Adeyemo's ability to strengthen governance and enhance administrative efficiency across the local government. 
He noted that her wealth of experience in the local government service would undoubtedly reflect positively in her leadership and contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of Ewekoro Local Government.

Hon. Adisa assured the new HOLGA of the maximum cooperation and support of the political leadership, emphasizing the importance of a cordial working relationship between the political office holders and the administrative arm in achieving the goals of the present administration.
Responding, Mrs. Adeyemo Nurat Taiwo appreciated the Chairman for the warm reception and expressed her readiness to give her best in the discharge of her duties. 

She pledged to work diligently in ensuring that the policies and programmes of the current administration receive the necessary administrative support for the successful realization of its vision.

The new HOLGA reaffirmed her commitment to professionalism, dedication and effective coordination of the council's workforce, stressing that teamwork remains essential to achieving sustainable development and quality service delivery.

Following the reception, Mrs. Adeyemo held a brief meeting with the Directors /Heads of Departments  where she solicited their cooperation, commitment and unwavering support in moving the local government forward. 
She urged them to work together in an atmosphere of mutual respect and shared responsibility.

She further assured members of staff that her office would operate an open-door policy, encouraging them to freely approach her on official matters whenever necessary. 

According to her, "effective communication and mutual understanding are indispensable to a productive work environment."
Mrs. Adeyemo also emphasized the need for all staff members to be punctual, remain at their duty posts and discharge their responsibilities with diligence and integrity. 

She stressed that  every officer must remain committed to delivering top-notch service for the overall development and betterment of Ewekoro Local Government and the people it serves.
