The Management of Ewekoro Local Government , Ogun State, hereby informs the general public, traditional institutions, and all relevant stakeholders within Ewekoro Local Government that the Stakeholders’ Meeting earlier scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 21st January, 2025, on issues relating to the new digitalized Baale Certificate of Recognition and Certificate of Right of Occupancy, has been rescheduled.
This notice serves to formally notify all stakeholders that the meeting WILL NO LONGER HOLD on the earlier announced date of Wednesday, 21st January, 2025.
The rescheduling is necessitated by the need for further arrangements and stakeholder alignment, particularly on the introduction of the new digitalized Baale Certificate of Recognition, which is designed to enhance efficiency, transparency, and proper documentation within the traditional and administrative system of the Local Government .
The new date for the meeting will be communicated later through official channels.
Stakeholders are therefore advised to disregard the earlier announced date and await a formal announcement of the new date.
The Management regrets any inconvenience this change may cause and assures all stakeholders of its commitment to inclusive engagement and effective communication.
